Technological innovations for the hotel sector in Wood and Furniture 2018

• A hotel door that is operated from the cell phone via Bluetooth and an anti-fog mirror with light, are the innovations that this new edition will bring to the sector. 

Bogotá, February 2018. - In the XIV edition of the Technological & Industrial Trade Show of Wood and Furniture, professional visitors will be able to find a wide range of products and services with the latest technological advances and trends of the industry. 

Häfele Colombia is a company dedicated to the technique of hardware and systems of electronic closures that will present during the fair of Wood and Furniture, two new products directed to the hotel sector. 

It is the Hotel Door with cell phone management designed with electronic locks that allow the opening via Bluetooth. For the management of the door it is necessary to have an APP that is free and available for iOS and Android operating systems as well as a personal password; through the application users can make reservations, check - in, check – out or charges for the room. 

"This is a product that allows hotels and guests to have greater ease, accessibility, control and management of the rooms all from a mobile device. (...) We are expanding our technology so that it can reach offices and gymnasiums", says Helberth Ramirez, Manager of Häfele Colombia. 

The second novelty will be the Multidimensional Mirror which has light, sound via Bluetooth and anti-fog. It is developed to be used in the home and in hotel projects and is available in sizes ranging from 60 x 90 cm, 90 x 90 cm, to 90 x 120 cm. 

"This year we want to show visitors to the fair our new products developed for the innovation of their homes and hotels. For us, it is important that our customers have the best in the market, that is why we make unique products", says the Manager of Häfele Colombia. 

Häfele Colombia is one of the companies that will be part of this new edition of the Technological & Industrial Trade Show of Wood and Furniture, which will take place at Corferias from 6 to 9 March. They will be located at stand 228 of Pavilion 11-16.

The XIV edition of Wood and Furniture will be a business window and a platform to offer the widest range of machinery, supplies and services for the wood processing industry, in addition to positioning Colombia as a reference in the sector and a great precursor to advances in the industry.
